How it works
The first step is to fill out the
Repair Form. You will
then be automatically emailed a RMA number and
shipping instructions. Package up the complete
Omnilock and ship it out to us. Once we receive it
we will diagnosis the problem. From there we will
contact you to let you know what's wrong with it and
how much the repair will cost. At that point you
will have the option of having us repair the unit or
not.
How long does it take
The repair time varies depending on our current
demand. Generally it takes 1-3 days to diagnose the
repair and get you a quote to fix it. After we
receive the go ahead and payment it takes 1-3 days
to repair the unit.
Repair Pricing
There is a non-refundable charge of $47.50/per
Stanley OSI Omnilock unit
(plus shipping) to diagnosis the problem. We can not
quote any other prices beyond that without first
receiving the unit and diagnosing it. We will always
let you know how much it is going to be before we
repair the unit. So you will always have the option
to not go ahead with the repair.
Payment
After we diagnosis the unit and send you a quote you will
also receive a Credit Card Authorization form. This
form allows you to pay for the repair
charges with your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or
American Express.
If you are a Government customers and have to us
a PO, please fill out the RMA form. When you receive the RMA
confirmation by email please reply to it explaining
your payment requirements and our accounting
department will contact you.
